What everyone asks before booking.
Are you real estate agents?
No. We film homes, translate, arrange the showings and explain the contract — a licensed agent runs the negotiation. And we take no commission from any agent: you pay us, which keeps our opinion of a home honest.
Do you handle visas and immigration?
No, and be wary of anyone who claims to without being a lawyer. We handle what comes after the visa: Social Security, driver's license, bank, school, home. For visa matters we refer you to an immigration attorney — at no fee to us.
Do you drive us around?
Carrying passengers requires specific insurance and licensing in Florida, so we work with licensed, insured transport companies. We greet you, accompany you and coordinate everything; the vehicle is a licensed partner's.
What if I only need one small thing?
There are à la carte services from $30, like a restaurant booking. You don't need a package to start.
How does payment work?
50% on signing and 50% the day before we begin. We charge in dollars, with a receipt. Third-party purchases and fees are advanced by you — we never move your money.
Do you serve Orlando too?
Yes. We're based in Tampa, and in Orlando we work by the day or in fixed packages — the format that makes sense given the distance. Remote services, like planning and reservations, work anywhere in Florida.
